Text Messaging Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the SMS text messaging program of Mobility Auto Group of Littleton, registered as Colorado Fleet and Mobility LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By opting in to our text messages, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not opt in.

1. SMS program and messaging use cases

Our text messaging program sends messages only to people who have opted in through a form on our sites or by otherwise expressly requesting texts. Messages are mixed and may include: replies to your inquiry, Fit and Funding Review confirmations, appointment confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling notices, and occasional promotional messages about accessible vans, funding resources, and showroom events. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

2. How to opt out

You can cancel the SMS program at any time by texting STOP to the number that messages you. After you send STOP, you will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages unless you opt in again.

4. Message frequency and message and data rates

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Rates are charged by and payable to your mobile carrier under your plan; we are not responsible for those charges.

5. Carrier liability disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

6. Age restriction

You must be at least 18 years old to opt in to and participate in our text messaging program. By opting in, you represent that you are 18 or older and that the mobile number you provide belongs to you.

7. Privacy

Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. The mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent we collect are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when they were most recently revised. Continued participation after a change means you accept the updated terms.
